Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising students under 18.

Tutrain offers personalized one-to-one online tutoring across various subjects and grade levels.

Features include flexible scheduling, homework assistance, assessments, and digital progress reports.

Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.

Keep login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

All fees are payable as per the selected plan and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds, cancellations, and transfers follow our Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

Tutrain is not liable for charges or losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the user.

All content on Tutrain's website, platform, and study materials including text, graphics, logos, and software is the exclusive property of Tutrain.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Tutrain follows strict Child Protection & Online Safety standards.

Tutors and staff are trained to maintain professional boundaries and report any suspected abuse or misconduct.

Parents are encouraged to supervise all sessions.

Tutrain provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes.

Tutrain is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by internet issues, third-party platforms, or force majeure events.

Tutrain may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Tutrain may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated.
