At Tutrain, safeguarding every child's well-being is our highest priority. This policy explains how we protect children, ensure safe online learning, and guide parents, students, and tutors in maintaining a secure digital environment.

1Our Commitment

We are committed to:

Provide a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all students.
Following applicable child protection laws and global best practices.
Responding promptly to any safety concern or misconduct.

2Code of Conduct for Tutors

Every Tutrain tutor agrees to the following standards:

1. Respect & Professionalism

Communicate politely and encourage positive interactions.
No inappropriate language, discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

2. Boundaries

Maintain professional relationships at all times.
Never request or share personal social media contact with students.
Conduct all sessions only on approved Tutrain platforms.

3. Mandatory Reporting

Tutors must immediately report any suspicion of abuse, neglect, or exploitation to Tutrain's Safeguarding Officer.

3Secure Technology & Data

Verified Access:

All classes take place on secure, password-protected platforms.

Privacy Protection:

Student data is encrypted and stored under strict privacy controls.

Session Monitoring:

Parents may join or review sessions anytime.

Recording (If Enabled):

Session recordings, when permitted, are stored securely and accessible only to authorized staff/parents.

4Guidelines for Parents & Guardians

Parents and guardians are encouraged to:

Ensure your child attends sessions in a common area of the home whenever possible.
Review class schedules and stay aware of interactions with tutors.
Encourage your child to share concerns if something feels uncomfortable.
Report any safety-related issue immediately to Connect@tutrain.com for any safety-related issue.

5Student Responsibilities

We educate students to:

Keep personal information (address, phone number, passwords) private.
Use respectful language and behavior during sessions.
Inform a parent or Tutrain representative if they ever feel unsafe.

6Handling Concerns or Incidents

Our Response:

Tutrain's Safeguarding Team investigates promptly and takes appropriate action, which may include suspending the tutor, notifying parents, and contacting relevant authorities.

7Continuous Training

All Tutrain staff and tutors undergo child-protection awareness and online safety training.
Policies are reviewed annually to align with new regulations and best practices.

Zero Tolerance

Tutrain maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, exploitation, or misconduct of any kind. Any violation results in immediate action, including termination and legal reporting where required.
