Personal Details: Name, contact number, email, student/parent information, billing details.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and website activity.
Payment Data: Processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We never store full card numbers.

b. How We Use Your Data

Deliver and personalize one-to-one tutoring.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Communicate schedules, updates, and important notices.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

c. Sharing & Disclosure

Shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, IT, analytics) bound by confidentiality.
Disclosed if legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
We never sell or rent your personal data.

2Refund & Transfer Policy

Tutrain's refund and transfer terms reflect our core values of Trust • Teach • Train • Transform.

2.1 Refund Application Process

Parent/Guardian must email a refund request stating the reason for refund to Connect@tutrain.com.
The refund calculation date is the day Tutrain receives your request, not the last class attended.

2.2 Bank Account Requirement

Refunds are issued only to a verified Savings Bank Account in the name of the student or parent/guardian.
Tutrain is not responsible for incorrect account details provided.

2.3 Key Refund Guidelines

Refund eligibility is based on the later of the batch start date or registration date, and the date the refund request is submitted.
Dates of first or last class attended are not considered.
Refunds are calculated pro-rata, deducting:
- The cost of services already used.
- Any product or accessory cost provided at enrollment.
Remaining balances are transferred securely via online bank transfer.
If fees were financed through a loan, adjustments will follow the financial partner's terms.
All refund/transfer requests require Tutrain's final approval.

3Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

By Student/Parent:

Cancel at least 24 hours before a session to reschedule at no cost. Late cancellations may be counted as paid sessions.

By Tutrain:

If Tutrain cancels and cannot reschedule, we will issue a full credit or refund for that session.

4Children's Privacy

Tutrain serves students only with parent/guardian consent and do not knowingly collect data from minors without verified parental consent.

5International Users

By using our services from outside India, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in India, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

6Updates to This Policy

Tutrain may revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
